MANAGEMENT TEAM



Frank Hamelly, founder and CEO of East Coast Dynamics, is a Microsoft Certified Business Professional - GP, Microsoft Certified Trainer and Microsoft MVP.  Hamelly holds certifications in Financials, Distribution, Report Writer and FRx and has over 10 years experience in Financials, Distribution, Sales Order Processing, Manufacturing, Project Accounting, Field Service and the Payroll and Human Resources series of GP.  He also has project management and implementation experience with SAP, Baan, Fourth Shift, and MAS90/200.

Prior to his entry into software consulting, Hamelly held a broad range of accounting and finance positions from cost accountant to CFO in a variety of industries, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Business Administration and an Accounting concentration, his 20+ years industry experience includes manufacturing, aerospace, telecommunications, utilities, and professional services organizations.

Mariano Gomez, Principal Business Solutions Architect, is a technology professional with more than a decade of experience engineering and designing ERP implementations and multiplatform systems integrations around Microsoft technolgies. Mariano's focus is primarily development and customization, working with organizations across the Americas in a wide variety of industries. He holds an MIS degree from the University of Phoenix, is a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) on the Dynamics GP platform. Mariano also has a Systems Engineering degree from the Universidad Antonio Narino (1996), in his native Colombia.

Early in his career, Mariano was responsible for developing the Spanish version of  Dynamics GP for the Central and South American markets.

Donald Thomas, Director - Projects, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 20 years experience in defining project scope to meet business objectives.  His proven track record of developing a detailed SOW and executing the plan and budget – tasks, resources, timelines, deliverables, costs – reduces risk and delivers real results on time and within budget.  His skill in building, directing, and motivating teams of business users, data processing professionals, and third party vendors in a matrix environment provides effective solutions to insure a verifiable ROI.  In addition to implementing, converting, upgrading, and integrating GP with best of breed applications, Don has successfully managed large-scale ERP implementation projects for organizations in a variety of manufacturing, distribution and service industries including Fortune 500 companies.

Don holds BA in Accounting and an MBA in Computer & Information Sciences from Temple University.
