The East Coast Dynamics team is a group of seasoned implementation experts.  The most critical aspect to a successful implementation is understanding and defining your business processes and how GP addresses those processes prior to installation.  We will take the time to understand your business thoroughly before, during, and after implementation.  Working with your key stakeholders, GP will be configured properly the first time.  Rest assured that with East Coast Dynamics, you're getting the best implementation services available anywhere on the planet.
 
Because demand for quality consultants  always exceeds supply, many implementations are completed by junior-level consultants who, through lack of relevant business experience and/or limited GP experience, don't know the right questions to ask during the discovery phase of the implementation.  This results in less-than-optimum system configuration which leads to a lot of head scratching after the implementation team has left.

Every member of the East Coast team has a minimum of 10 years experience in their areas of expertise, a minimum of 5 years GP experience as users and/or consultants and holds at least one GP Certification.  Many of our team members also hold the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
